The Talon UHD-SCD Professional Hardware Video/Audio Decoder supports output of up to 3840 x 2160p60 video via two 12G-SDI (parallel).
It supports up to 10-bit 4:2:2 color depth, H.265/HEVC and H.264/MPEG-4/AVC decoding, eight channels (4 stereo pairs) of AAC-LC audio via SDI.
You can receive video via its Gigabit Ethernet port using a variety of protocols such as UDP, RTP, and SRT.
The decoder supports SRT secure reliable transport protocol with multiple security features, remote firmware upgrade, embedded closed captioning, a JSON REST API, and password protection.
A status display shows the current settings of the unit, and status LEDs indicate active ports.
It features a fanless design and has a locking power jack.
